1. Free Quotes for Scheduled Services

1st' Choice Plumbing offers free quotes for routine plumbing services when scheduled in advance through our

online booking system or by phone. These quotes cover standard, non-emergency services and allow customers to plan and budget for their plumbing needs.

2. Cancellation Fee Policy

A $75 cancellation fee will apply if the customer:
Confirms the appointment (by phone, email, or SMS) and fails to cancel or reschedule in advance.

Books a quote but hires another company without notifying us and fails to cancel.

Attempts to cancel at the last minute after a technician has been dispatched or is en route.

Fails to cancel via phone, email, or our website before the scheduled date/time after confirming the appointment.

If the customer does not confirm the appointment (e.g., ignores confirmation requests) and does not expect the plumber to arrive, no cancellation fee will be applied.

All same-day and next-day appointments are automatically confirmed to ensure the presence of our team at the scheduled time selected by the customer on our booking calendar.

3. Emergency Service Quotes

Emergency or same-day service requests are not eligible for free quotes. These services incur an emergency service fee ranging from $250 to $600, based on urgency, service complexity, & distance.

Confirmed emergency service quotes are considered binding. Customers are responsible for the agreed-upon service fees, even if they hire another company after the appointment is confirmed.

4. Gift Card Giveaway Policy

As a token of appreciation for our valued customers, 1st' Choice Plumbing offers a recurring Gift Card Giveaway Program. This program is governed by the following terms:

Eligibility: All customers who complete a service and leave a valid review during the applicable month will be automatically entered into the giveaway.

Selection: Winners are selected randomly from the pool of eligible reviews received during the month. For every review over 10 reviews submitted, an additional winner will be selected.

Prize: Each selected winner will receive a $100 gift card, subject to availability and provided by 1st' Choice Plumbing.

Notification: Winners will be notified via phone or email and may be announced on our official social media pages or website.

Limitations: Customers are eligible for one entry per completed service per month. The business reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify fraudulent or inappropriate entries.

General Conditions: The Gift Card Giveaway is a courtesy promotion and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at the discretion of 1st' Choice Plumbing without prior notice. No cash alternatives or substitutions for the gift card will be offered.
